Delete my account

cOde:Dress is an app published by Cahutech, Loïc Cahuzac EI (entreprise individuelle, micro-entreprise, SIREN 130 880 230), whose identification details are set out in the legal notice.

This page describes how the user's account and the data attached to it are deleted.

1. Deletion from the app

The user may delete their account at any time from the "Profile" section, by selecting "Delete my account" and then confirming. Deletion is immediate and final.

The "Export my data" button, available in the same section, provides a copy of the data before deletion. No data can be recovered after deletion.

2. Deletion by email

A user who no longer has access to the app may request the deletion of their account at contact@cahutech.fr, with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address of the account concerned.

No proof of identity is requested. A request sent from another address is confirmed by an email sent to the account's address. Deletion is carried out as soon as possible and at the latest within the month following the request (article 12 GDPR).

3. Data deleted

Deleting the account erases the following data:

• Account: email address, username, password.
• Profile: height, weight, body shape, hair colour and length, eye colour, skin tone, colouring indications.
• Wardrobe: garments and the associated photos.
• Saved outfits and generated images, saved or not.
• Style advice.
• Credit ledger and remaining balance.
• Notification token and usage measurement records.

Photos and images are erased from the servers at the same time as the account.

4. Data not concerned

• Reference photo: it is not kept by the Publisher (see the Privacy policy).
• Technical logs (IP address, request timestamps): kept for 12 months at most, with no link to the profile.
• Backup copies: the data remains in them until they are renewed, 3 months at most. If a backup is restored, the account is erased again before the service resumes.
• Aggregate statistics: they do not make it possible to identify the user and are kept.
• Purchase receipts: kept by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting the account is not a refund request, and unused credits are lost.
• Active subscription: deleting the account does not cancel it. The user cancels it from the subscriptions of their Google Play or App Store account; otherwise it keeps being billed.

5. Contact

Any question about account deletion may be sent to contact@cahutech.fr. The user may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
